Many of Canada’s top mixed martial artists are set to compete on the UFC’s debut event in New Brunswick later this year and a couple more names have been added to the list.

B.C.’s Sarah Moras and Newfoundland and Labrador’s Gavin Tucker were both added to the card, the organization announced Wednesday.

Moras will look to get back in the win column when she faces Talita Bernardo. Moras dropped a unanimous decision to Lucie Pudilová in February after picking up a submission victory over Ashlee Evans-Smith this past September in her return to the sport following a two-year absence. Pudilová has lost in each of her two UFC bouts. Both fighters have gone 5-3 in their professional MMA careers.

Tucker aims to bounce back from his first career loss, a unanimous decision to Rick Glenn in September, as he faces fellow talented striker Andre Soukhamthath. Soukhamthath has lost three of his four UFC bouts since debuting in the promotion in March of 2017.

The event is scheduled to take place Oct. 27 at the Moncton Events Centre. Here’s a quick look at other bouts current slated for the card.
