Bishkek, Nov. 20, 2018. /Kabar/. The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) presented the ranking of national federations. The list includes football teams from 46 countries.
According to the published rating, Kyrgyzstan is on the 31st position.
The leader of the ranking is China, Qatar is on the second place, South Korea holds the third place, on the fourth place is the United Arab Emirates, and Iran is on the fifth.
Among the countries of Central Asia, Uzbekistan ranks 10th, Tajikistan – 12th, Turkmenistan – 23rd.
The rating is based on the results of all the clubs of the association in the Champions League and the AFC Cup.
In the October FIFA ranking, the national team of Kyrgyzstan holds the 90th place, Uzbekistan – 94th, Kazakhstan – 117th, Tajikistan – 118th, Turkmenistan – 128th.
